Nina Woodard, the Director of Business Development for SHRM India, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the U.S. Prior to joining SHRM in 2005, Woodard was the Managing Director of Aradhanaa Human Resources Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., an Indian based company she founded in June 2002 and in 2005 expanded back to the U.S. Woodard's career has encompassed 30 years in the field of banking, until 1978 when she joined the human resources department of the then First National Bank of Casper, Wyoming, U.S.. She worked extensively as an HR Strategic Business partner in all her roles and gained experience as a Change Management Expert working on six acquisitions for Standard Chartered Bank. She has a Bachelors Degree in Management and a Graduate degree from Pacific Coast School of Banking. She is also a graduate of American Banking Institute Graduate School of Human Resources and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI®).
