Ms. Indira J. Parikh (Founder President, M.Ed. (Rochester), PhD (Gujarat) Prof. )
Ms. Parikh was a faculty member at IIM-A for over 30 years and Dean from 2002 to 2005. She has also taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France) and Texas A&M University. She has specialized in organization development and design, and institution building and has designed and offered management development programs for, managerial role effectiveness, and institution building.
Ms. Parikh has been consultant to various national and international organizations both in the private and public sector. Prof. Parikh is also on the board of several companies.
Ms. Nina Woodard (Director of Business Development for SHRM India)
Ms. Woodard, is the Director for SHRM India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United States of America.
Ms. Woodard's experience spans across three decades in banking, until 1978 when she joined the human resources department of the then First National Bank of Casper, Wyoming as a Strategic Business partner in all her roles and gained experience as a Change Management Expert working on six acquisitions for Standard Chartered Bank.
Ms. Woodard's holds a Bachelors Degree in Management and a Graduate degree from Pacific Coast School of Banking. She is also a graduate from the American Banking Institute Graduate School of Human Resources and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI®).
